CARIAN TRAIL - THE BAYS OF APHRODITE

CARIAN TRAIL - THE BAYS OF APHRODITE

In the south-west of Turkey, the Karian way leads through a fascinating coastal landscape, divided into countless smaller and larger peninsulas, bays and islands. Hanging with dense, green forests and white glowing rocks rise above the sea. On the Carian Trail, you will experience a constant interplay of land and sea, 300 to 1,000 m high mountains and bays, which invites you to swim. Again and again you will have far-reaching views of the Aegean Sea. Moreover, Caria, named after the people of the Carians, is rich in testimonies of antiquity. Visit the settlements of Hydas, Amos and Loryma that surrounded by still well-preserved city walls.
